How the deposit works
- Refundable. Bail at any point in the 7-day hold and you get the full $500 back, original payment method, within 5 business days.
- Auto-refunds if the tier is full. We only collect deposits against available seats. If you try to reserve when your tier is at capacity, the deposit is refunded immediately.
- Credits 1:1 to the setup fee. Sign within 7 days, the $500 comes off your $2,500 setup — net first-time payment is $2,000.
- Auto-releases the seat if you don't sign. 7 days with no signed SOW → deposit refunded, seat reopens for the next prospect.
- The full Refundable Setup Guarantee (read the SLA) still applies after you sign — your $2,500 setup is refunded if we miss the live-data or first-dashboard windows.
